What happens when my free trial ends?
Free for 7 days. If you don't cancel before your 7-day trial ends, you'll be charged $119.99 for one year, then $119.99 every year until you cancel. We email you 3 days before your trial ends and before each renewal. Prices exclude any applicable sales tax or VAT.
How do I cancel?
Open the Account page, sign in with your email (we send a one-time code) and press Cancel. It takes effect immediately for trials, and at the end of the paid period otherwise. No phone call or chat needed.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email us within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. After that, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Is there a free version?
The app itself is paid, with a 7-day free trial on yearly plans. The quiz and your personal plan are free, and our chord chart, scales, song tutorials and virtual piano on this website are free for everyone.
How does it compare with a private teacher?
Private lessons in the US typically cost $30 to $60 or more per half hour, so a year of weekly lessons is often $1,500 or more. A yearly plan here costs less than three private lessons. Many learners combine both.
