How we research

Our disclosure
Piano Lessons App makes a piano learning app, and our guides link to it. We try to earn your trust by being specific, sourcing every fact and giving free options a fair hearing alongside paid ones.
Prices and plans
- Teacher and lesson prices come from published cost guides, marketplaces and schools, and we link the source.
- For apps and video courses we give a price range from the main providers' own plan pages and App Store listings, without naming individual products.
- Every price table shows the date it was checked. Prices change often and vary by city and country.
- If we cannot confirm a price or a trial length from an official source, we say so instead of guessing.
Claims about our app
- We describe only what the app does, and we do not invent ratings, test scores or user numbers.
Lessons, songs and theory pages
- Song tutorials use public-domain melodies, checked note by note against published scores.
- Chord and scale pages are generated from music theory rules, so note spellings are correct for every key.
