About us

Piano Lessons App is a piano learning app for people who want to play at home, on their own schedule. We started from the things that make people quit: surprise charges, a paywall after the first lesson, courses that will not let you skip what you know, and lessons that cannot hear chords.

So we are building the version we would want: short lessons, an honest price shown up front, a reminder before your trial ends and before each yearly renewal, a placement check that respects what you already know, and support from a real person.

How we write our guides

• Prices for teachers and lessons come from published sources, and each page shows the date we checked. Prices change; if you spot an outdated one, tell us.
• Song tutorials use public-domain melodies and are checked note by note against published scores.
• Chords and scales are generated from music theory rules, so every spelling is correct for its key.
